Enki Inc. entrusted Apogee Information Systems’s team of expert developers and designers with the task of developing a ticketing solution for Pacific Park. Apogee created a solution with an easy-to-use customer front-end, with payments facilitated via Stripe, as well as features such as help and refund requests which can be concluded fully online. Looking to improve the customer experience, Apogee’s solution also integrates with Apple Wallet allowing for an easier management of tickets on the customer’s phone and a quicker check-in process at the Park.
For Pacific Park personnel, the system provides for managing the variety of product options, pricing schedules and special offerings, including setting up customised promotion landing pages. Admins can easily confirm orders, handle refund requests and get access to sales statistics and barcode inventory reports, ensuring an orderly running of the platform.
