Proven knowledge on security models within an Enterprise Search. Experience on Java developments of at least 3 years.  Experience working on large-scale search-related projects. Experience with Agile. In-depth knowledge about user-centric design: user experience research, user behaviour, user attitude and evaluating emotions. Ability to work in an international multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting Capability and experience in team working.
