Apogee announces the development of a new WooCommerce-based e-shop for
Enterhome, supporting the company’s transition to a more fresh and responsive online presence. The project introduces a modern online storefront designed to improve product discovery and streamline digital sales. The solution supports Enterhome’s goal of presenting its product range more clearly while providing customers with a faster and more intuitive online shopping experience.
Enterhome is a second-generation family business based in Orestiada, Greece. Established in 1971, the company specializes in
wooden constructions and
furniture production. Starting as a carpentry workshop, the business evolved into a handicraft manufacturer and retailer of home furniture, serving customers with handcrafted and functional home solutions.
Solution & TechnologyApogee delivered the redesigned e-commerce website built on the WordPress CMS using the WooCommerce platform. The implementation includes a redesigned site structure, improved navigation, and an updated user interface to better showcase product categories and details. The platform enables streamlined product management, flexible content editing, and secure e-commerce functionality, while maintaining compatibility with widely used WordPress extensions.
The platform supports automated synchronization for more than 23,000 products across over 300 categories through the WP All Import plugin, enabling dynamic product updates from external sources. A configurable shipping-cost mechanism allows calculation by price per item, weight, or a combination of both depending on delivery location, supporting complex logistics scenarios. The e-shop also integrates product data feeds with external platforms such as BestPrice.gr and Google services, improving product visibility and distribution. In addition, a backend integration with Enterhome’s ERP system enables automated synchronization of product information, pricing, and inventory between internal systems and the online store. The project was delivered following an agile methodology to ensure iterative improvements and alignment with Enterhome’s operational needs.
