GENDER EQUALITY PLAN (GEP)

Our company has established a Gender Equality Plan that incorporates all essential building blocks. It is formally published on our website and endorsed by top management, supported by dedicated human resources and gender expertise for its implementation. We collect and monitor sex-disaggregated data with annual reporting based on clear indicators, ensuring accountability and progress. The plan also includes awareness and training initiatives on gender equality and unconscious bias for staff and decision-makers. Furthermore, it sets out concrete measures and targets addressing work-life balance and organizational culture, gender balance in leadership and decision-making, equality in recruitment and career progression, integration of the gender dimension into research and teaching, as well as robust measures against gender-based violence and harassment.
