Pursuant to personal information processing standards, Apogee hereby declares that it will do everything within its powers to protect and safeguard the security of the personal data, of those permissible by law, provided to us by those persons interested in providing us with such data. This Legal Notice is meant to inform such persons of all information related to the collection and processing of their personal information.

All persons interested in working for us must get in touch with us and provide us with their CV and other personal information as stipulated at any given time on the recruitment section of our website or in calls for vacancies published by Apogee.

The information necessary for processing your employment application shall be handled adhering to applicable requirements and current legislation of the country in which the employment offer has been issued. At registration time, Apogee shall provide the applicant with detailed information on how their information will be processed, the purpose of this processing and the possible recipients of their information pursuant to applicable information protection legislation currently in force in Greece and/or the EU. Apogee applies a non-discrimination policy towards all its applicants for job vacancies and will never judge a candidacy upon criteria of sex, ethnicity, political or religious views.

The personal information provided to us by the applicant shall be included in the files and databases of Apogee. This will be done in order to include your application in either present and/or future selection procedures and manage related processes. Data derived from additional testing, interviews and professional aptitude assessments will be added to the corresponding applicant file. Selection process procedures also include, where applicable, new employee contracting services, the forwarding of applications to the companies that have issued the relevant employment offer, or that could be interested in your professional profile, statistics compilation and the communication of information on Apogee activities and services that could be of interest to the applicant including, but not limited to, offers, news, events, newsletters, surveys and information related to the consulting department, etc. Furthermore, we are hereby informing you that your information could be transferred to other organizations, some of which have been set-up in non-European Union member states. All of said companies work in the consulting area.

Apogee shall be in charge of corresponding applicant electronic documents. Your information shall be kept on file for a period of three years. At the end of this period, this information shall be destroyed. The personnel in charge of such files shall guarantee the complete confidentiality of your information both while it is being processed and during the execution of any data destruction procedures.

If the applicant does not want their information to be processed for the purposes indicated herein, or wishes to exercise their right to access, correction, cancellation or opposition, they must indicate so by contacting Apogee’s personnel recruitment department and making the respective request.
